Editor and writer with experience in lifestyle media and content strategy

I’ve always been a writer. From melodramatic diary entries in middle school that I’d never let see the light of day to now, I’ve always thought of words as my super power. When I stood up against my high school's board of education in support of student press rights, I decided to make a career out of this passion.
I studied Journalism, Psychology, and Writing and now have over six years of experience in the media world. I’ve worked with brands like Latina Media Ventures and The Spark Group to help build their editorial coverage and maintain client content calendars.
I’ve worked at Delish at Hearst Magazines, where I helped foster synergy between the editorial and social teams and wrote feature stories for online and print readers. While at Hearst, my work appeared on sites like Cosmopolitan, Seventeen, Women's Health, Harper's Bazaar, and more.
Now, I'm the Lifestyle Editor at Bustle where I cover and oversee content related to all things wellness, tech, web culture, and more. Sometimes I cover existing viral trends, and sometimes I create them — like when I was quoted in the Merriam-Webster Dictionary or when I coined the term Rat Snacks.

-
I live for clean, timely copy and often joke that I'm a "professional Gen Z correspondent.”
-
I love capitalizing on viral trends to make an editorial impact and bringing a creative idea to fruition.
-
I pride myself on my knowledge of all corners of the internet – as long as you don't ask me about my screentime stats – and thrive on a deadline.
